Skinner solen, kan du nyde haven og den private terrasse. Er der behov for at arbejde kan du enten sidde på værelset eller i den lækre pejsestue. Der er gulvvarme overalt. The apartment is located in the same property as Cross cafe, so there is easy access to breakfast/brunch, lunch, dinner and cold drinks at the weekend. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, but there may be noise from the street in the summer. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed.

Private room in our lovely house. Nice and airy - can be used by a couple or friends travelling together. Possibility for indian vegetarian dinner - at a small cost ( Kr. 100,00 ) before 8.00 PM. Kr. 30/ wash and dryer. Nice garden to enjoy some fresh air. Walking distance to the beautiful Brabrand lake. Close to shopping and public transport. Takes 20 minutes by bus ( Bus nr. 11,12 and 113 ) or bike to the city center. Only 300 mtrs from the motorway. Non-smoking room.

Housing description You can almost get what you want :-) Possibility of a dip in our Wilderness Bath, for a fee, enquire for possibility. Close to Djurs Sommerland, Ree Park, Rosenholm Castle, Mols mountains and Århus. 6 km to the nearest beach: Rosenholm Bådelaug. Very quiet area, with views of open countryside, still close to town. We are calm and sociable. Have stayed in many places on Airbnb, think it is cozy and will do a lot to ensure that you have a pleasant stay.

Du vil dele lejlighed med udlejer (mig) og en lejer. Vi er fælles om badeværelset, køkken med stor spiseplads (trådløst internet) og lukket stor altan med 180 graders udsigt over botanisk have og Aarhus Vest. My cozy newly build apartment is perfectly located in the centre of Aarhus and is well suited for couples and business travellers. The apartment is within walking distance to: The central station (1,2 km) Bruuns Gallery (mall) (1,5 km) The pedestrian street (1,2 km) Aros (800m) The Old Town (400 m) Tivoli Friheden (2,8 km) Besides that you can enjoy the nature from the large private balcony from where you will enjoy the view off the creek just below.

A nice modern Beach house in the wonderful Risskov, 300 m2 in 2 floors, close to the sea, with all necessary facilities, including 2 bathrooms. 12 km with good transport to the center of the great City Aarhus - European Cultural City;-) We live here in our everyday life, but rent out in vacations etc… We will be more than happy to help you with everything you need during your stay:-) Best regards Anne & Ulrik.
