Make your stay in an entire, secluded and very private studio that’s one mile from Hwy 99 just minutes away from Lodi, Galt, Elk Grove plus many popular wineries. Local inquiries are rarely accepted. What to expect: An inclusive and Private Studio for yourself with patio and BBQ. You also have access to common surroundings such as Parking, Hot Tub and large fenced backyard. Pets are welcome too for a one time $50 fee at time of booking.

If you don’t feel comfortable to do so, please look for somewhere else. This is my 2021 Sprkingdale 24' travel trailer. It is cozy and includes everything that you need for a comfortable stay: a king-size bed, a dinette, Netflix TV, bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, stove and Heater/AC. Pet and smoking are not allowed.

Welcome to a charming, custom tiny home surrounded by a small urban farm. The tiny home has a comfortable 400+ sf deck that overlooks the rows of grapes, raspberries, seasonal veggies, chicken coop and a small orchard on site. The rented space will be the entire tiny house and surrounding deck/ fenced area but the rest of the property, including the Chicken Cabana, an exterior bathroom with toilet, is an occasionally shared space. Centrally located on a quiet street, within walking/biking distance to Lodi Lake, Downtown Lodi, The Mokelumne River wilderness trail, Starbucks & Lakewood shopping center (approx. .8 miles); and just down the street from Corner Scone Bakery & Guantonios Wood fired Pizza.

We are on 2 acres and there are over 250 trees that we have planned it there’s plenty of shade there is an outdoor fireplace and several seating areas to read a book or just relax . I am working on a walking trail and there are fruit trees that during the summer are loaded with fruit and ready for your picking and eating
