Comfortable, quiet, harbour-front holiday apartment with spectacular views and accommodation for 4 (we can take 6 but send a message to us before booking if there are more than 4 in your party) on the edge of Seahouses. Views out to the Farne Islands where you can see countless sea birds - or stay put and watch the wildlife from the apartment. Near the coast with all its castles and beaches, and only 12 miles from Holy Island. Alnwick is only 14 miles away with the amazing castle and Gardens, also Barter Books.

This bright and airy penthouse apartment, set in the former Alnwick Brewery and Maltings, is my home and I’m delighted to share it with you as a base for exploring Alnwick and the surrounding countryside. Just a stone’s throw from Alnwick Castle and Hulne Park, the flat has everything you need to self-cater, with a large supermarket conveniently located opposite. If you’d prefer to eat out, Alnwick’s many restaurants, cafés and pubs are only a few minutes’ walk away.

Swinburne Castle

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. In the mornings you can look forward to a delicious breakfast in the formal dining room. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use.

The flat is located in the Heaton area of Newcastle with lots of trendy award winning cafes, bars and restaurants located nearby. The bijou flat is ideal for a couple or very close friends.

Cuddy’s Rest is situated right in the heart of the small, welcoming town of Belford, located only 6 miles inland from the highly sought after coastal village of Bamburgh. This bijou detached property offers cosy accommodation which is conveniently all on the ground floor. Tucked behind the owners’ home it has the benefit of driveway parking.
