K&W Ranchita is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bath, ranch-style home located 4 miles north of downtown Alpine. This home features beautiful views of Mitre Peak and the Davis Mountains with the convenience of being only minutes from downtown. With a king bed in the primary bedroom and queen beds in each guest room, and two twin beds there is plenty of space for everyone. A home office with amazing views, a spacious stocked kitchen, and a pool & grass back yard make it a wonderful place for families.

This suite is a beautiful stand-alone 600 sq ft. bedroom separated from the rest of the house by the main foyer. The Suite is private, and shares no walls with other Suites in the house. The property is secluded inside the city.
