Solar-powered water well and propane water heater for showers in the outhouse. Fire pit & firewood available on site. Limited solar power. *We are currently making improvements to our dock area.*

Conveniently located to the Jimmy Carter sites in Plains (8mi) and Americus (18mi), antiquing, birding, hunting, ATV trail riding, biking and many nearby sites of interest including Providence Canyon (30 mi), Andersonville (35 mi), and Radium Springs (43 miles).

Waterfront Paradise- Private Boat Ramp & Fishing

Welcome to our home on Lake Blackshear! We are located in a cove at the northern tip of the lake, surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. There is 1 queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, and 1 futon (suitable for 1-2 small kids). There are a few restaurants nearby, a country store and a dollar general and gas stations. We are about 20 mins from I75 and larger stores like Walmart.

Our 800 square foot stand alone cabin awaits you. Fresh air. A yard to explore and relax in. A pond. Barnyard animals to watch. Why be stuck in the city in a hotel when there's a better option? Catch and release fishing, fire pit, WIFI, EV charger, pool table. What else do you need? (new check out time is 11 AM)
