はじめまして。札幌駅から車で約15分の閑静な地域に佇む築約40年の２階アパートの1階部分の1部屋です。 生活必需品は揃っていますので、札幌暮らしを体験したい方にオススメです。 JR新川駅から徒歩10分、地下鉄南北線北24条駅から徒歩約20分という少し不便な場所ですが、車通りは少なく、静かに過ごせます。 施設内に駐車場が1台分用意できます(要予約)。一日500円で利用可能です。(私が使っている駐車場です。私が他の場所に停めます) コンビニエンスストアまで徒歩5分 スーパーマーケットまで徒歩10分 生活には便利な場所です。 自転車は施設内に４台あります。空いているときはご利用可能です。 Wi-Fi、専用キッチン、バス・トイレ完備ですので、長期滞在やワーケーションなどで、ご利用いただけたらと思います。現状、この部屋にエアコンはありません。暖房はあります。 任天堂ファミリーコンピュータを置きました。古いので、使えないことがあるかもしれまん。 ソファーベッドは170cmです。 ☆送迎について 宿泊初日と最終日はできる限り新川駅まで車でお迎えにあがります。時間が合わなければすみません。

Cozy room. 1.The room has a double-size futon and a single-size futon. 2.The room has one heater and two fans, and a TV, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, and body soap. 3. You can use IH cooker, pot, and pan to cook.(advance reservation required). 4. The nearest subway station is Nango-Jusan(13)Come Station, a 5-minute walk from the room. 5. Free Wi-Fi

In front of the building, take the city bus and you'll find the famous conveyor belt sushi restaurant "Toriton" in 15 minutes. Great news for those who want to go to tourist spots like Otaru and Furano! The Sapporo Expressway is an 8-minute drive away.

Staying in a room in an old Japanese wooden apartment. The toilet is difficult for tall people. Please check the review. It is a highly rated room. New air conditioning! Comfortable life!
