Die kleine Wohnung mit viel Charme findest du im ersten Stock in einem über 500 Jahre alten Haus. Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet, hat aber alles, was du für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Haus liegt mitten im Zentrum und doch etwas abseits vom Trubel. Gerade um die Ecke gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars. The apartment is very modern & well-equipped. There are two bedrooms (1 with an en-suite bathroom) and a separate bathroom. The apartment has a large, open kitchen as well as a dining and living area. The lounge on the terrace invites you to linger. This apartment is perfectly located for Baden, Zurich, or other excursions. The highway is 3 minutes away by car and the bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. Zurich can be reached in 30 minutes by public transport.

Very close to Zürich 30 min by car, 15 min from Baden! You will enjoy beautiful natural views and tranquility to rest in this small medieval village. The apartment is 1 minute walk from the bus station and 8 minutes (bus) from the Mellingen Heitersberg train station that connects to Zurich Central Train Station and the airport. Mellingen enjoys a large number of visitors every day. Shops and boutiques, restaurants and bars invite guests to linger.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
