Your Basel Home is located a 10 min walk from the Rhine where you may enjoy a good swim and 5 min from the old city wall surrounding medieval Basilea. - A good friend has called the houses and garden a biotope, a lovely peaceful island yet so close to city life.... You may stay with us alone or family; conference room available against charge. You may occasionally see people from our family or family start-up. Privacy is guaranteed. If you are 1 t0 3 only there might be other guests as well.

Das Apartment ist fußläufig zum Sankt Jakob, wo die ESC stattfindet. Man kann auch mit der Tram 3 Stationen fahren. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig, nahe dem Zentrum, in dem erholsamen Gellert-Quartier, an einem Park mit grossen Bäumen und Sitzbänken, mit Blick auf den Tennisplatz und Spielplatz. Das Appartment ist hell und sonnig. Für Städte-Tipps, Anregungen und Restaurant-Empfehlungen stehen wir ihnen jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung. Es dürfen im Studio keine Partys veranstaltet werden.

Historical apartment in the city center (1504)

4-room apartment in a historical house on 4 floors. Beautiful, historical building with low ceilings located in a calm backyard. 1st floor: double-room, new shower/WC. 2nd floor: fully equipped kitchen, dining-room. 3rd floor: living-room with shared balcony. 4th floor: sleeping-room with sofa-bed 150x200cm (a topper will be put on the mattress), shower/WC. Door on every floor to ensure full privacy. Due to the low ceilings the apartment might not be ideal for people taller than 1.80m.

Geniessen Sie die Nähe zum ESC ( ca 15 Min. zu Fuss) - Die Haltestelle in Richtung Stadt (ca.12 Min). befindet sich 1 Minute vom Haus entfernt. Wir bieten in unserem Reihenhaus ein Zimmer auf der 1st Etage zur Vermietung an. Es ist mit einem 140 cm x 200 cm Bett ausgestattet. (Für 1 oder Max. 2 Personen) Nebenan befindet sich ein separates Bad mit Dusche, das Sie ganz für sich nutzen können – Auf der Etage wären sie alleine. Wir freuen uns darauf, Sie bei uns willkommen zu heissen.

Cosy room near ART Basel, free parking

Quiet room with a 1.60 meter wide double bed, located in the second floor of our house with a beautiful garden. Free parking is available. 10 mins by tram to the center. Direct free bus in 19 mins to the St. Jakobshalle. The indicated price is per room. We are happy to serve a delicious breakfast on request. Free wifi. Our cat also lives in our house. Guests receive a ticket to use public transport in our area for free! We speak German, English, French, Italian and Spanish.

Klein aber fein

Ma maison se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel calme de Bâle (Hirzbrunnen). Tu peux te rendre à Bâle-City en quelques minutes en tram (gratuit) ou à vélo (option). Ma maison est aménagée de manière moderne et offre de la place pour 4 personnes en max. Une grande place ombragée en fait partie. La durabilité (énergie solaire thermique, photovoltaïque avec stockage) est importante pour moi. Une place de parking directement devant la maison fait également partie de l'offre.

Twin room in beautiful central house with garden

The room has two big (1.20 m) and very comfortable beds, that we can put together too. We have two rooms to rent on the second floor (no elevator) of our beautiful house. There is one private bathroom and a separate toilet for the two rooms. No kitchen and no breakfast, but coffee and tea at any moment for free. Very close (5 minutes walking distance) to the fair, the Basel Tattoo, shopping opportunities and to the Rhine. Central but very calm (garden side).

3 cozy rooms in family home, excellent location

Hello :) We offer three cozy rooms, one with a balcony, in our family home. A private bathroom and toilet are also available. Our house is in a beautiful location, with the city center just 7 minutes away by tram and the picturesque Schützenmattpark just a 2-minute walk away. The public transport connections are excellent, with three tram and four bus lines in the immediate vicinity (5 minutes). The three rooms can only be booked together.

Im Preis inbegriffen sind Kaffee oder Tee am Morgen. Weiter kannst du die Küche mitbenutzen, die Waschmaschine und den Garten. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz steht direkt vor der Haustür.
