The flat is located in the Haseki Sultan area of the Old City. The area is surrounded by many historical landmarks. Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar are just some of them. Tram, metro and bus stops are just a 5-minute walk away. In addition, you can easily travel the whole Old City area with the tram line. There are many restaurants and cafes near the flat. Historia Mall is also very close. We are waiting for you to have a nice and comfortable stay.

You can have a peaceful stay in our 3-bedroom apartment located 50 meters from Pierre Loti Hill. Pierre Loti Hill is one of the most important hills of the seven-hill city of Istanbul. You can reach the wonderful view in a few steps. You can also go down to the coast with the cable car located on Pierre Loti Hill and reach the Eminönü-Sultanahmet tram line. For the guests who have a car, there is paid parking area nearby.

The building is earthquake resistant. Renovated by the architect owner, this historical house is located in the heart of the old city. The house is located in the Zeyrek Conservation Area, one of the four areas in the UNESCO World Heritage List of İstanbul. It is renovated again in October 2022. We can arrange a transfer car from or to the airport in case you need it.
