My unit has a very good location. It is 500m to Brighton beach, 500m to Middle brighton train station, 50 m to the Church street shopping centre. 30m to Brighton Grammar School. There are two bedrooms (a large bedroom with a queen bed & a smaller bedroom with a double bed), a generous living room, a recently renovated kitchen, laundry and bathroom. High speed internet and smart TV. It is a wonderfully quite place for people who love beach life.

We are located within 10 minutes walk of the Patterson train station and the Holmesglen Private hospital. The space is quite and pleasant.
