Welcome to our besoke renovated guest suite in sought-after Jan Juc. With a private entrance, this fully self-contained unit may be attached to our home but is separate in every other way. It features a queen bedroom with split heating/cooling system, ensuite bathroom, kitchen with stove top, oven, fridge and microwave and a newly landscaped private outside courtyard. Just a 10 minute walk to the local cafe, shop, pub and of course the stunning Jan Juc surf beaches and clifftop walking tracks.

Torquay Farm Stay Blue Studio Truck

Our farm is close to Great Ocean Road Beaches, National Parks and Coastal towns such as Torquay, Anglesea and Barwon Heads. The tiny house created on the truck is an architectual delight. It is quite unique. Blue truck is situated on our beautiful biodynamic working farm with views of the green hills, creek and wetland. Horses, cows, ducks and chooks roam around and you are nestled in a peaceful tranquil wonderland of nature at it's best. My place is perfect for couples and families (with kids).

Bells Beach Shack

Bells Surf Shack is a place to chill out and reconnect. Being a stones throw from famous surf spots, Winkipop, Bells and Boobs, you can catch a wave and rinse off under the piping hot outdoor shower. Nestled amongst the gum trees you will feel a part of nature. Simplicity at is best – a relaxed pad with no fuss. Enjoy a beer whilst cooking on the barbie, play billiards or take a short walk to Swell café for a big brekky. Carefree, no stress, the perfect place to reset your mind and body.

Ocean Break: Classy oceanfront retreat

Ocean Break: location and style. Comfy bedroom, chic bathroom and separate, spacious, living/dining area. Peaceful, secure, unique location, fronting the ocean. Wander out the front gate and straight onto Surf Coast Walk, where magnificent coastal views can be enjoyed immediately. A 200 metre stroll to Jan Juc village and its eateries, hotel and general store, and just a few minutes more to Bird Rock look out, overlooking Jan Juc beach. A 5-7 minute drive to central Torquay or Bells Beach.

Escape to Sunnyside

Sunnyside is located just off the Great Ocean Road approximately 15 minutes from Apollo Bay. A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. The property has over 10 acres to explore; an olive grove, an orchard, a mature oak forest and stunning walkways combining both pasture and native surroundings. You may even be lucky enough to meet our resident Koala! A one-of-a-kind experience awaits.

Our beautiful villa Ella's Rest is nestled on a 7 acre property in a quiet pocket of Torquay. Recently completed with a local architect our eco-friendly 2 bedroom home is truly unique and finished to the highest quality. The natural aesthetic creates a space that captures light and views from every room making it seamless from outside to in. A sheltered deck overlooking the dam and a north facing courtyard with outdoor dining, shower and firepit makes it truly hard to ever leave.

Stone’s Throw Jan Juc, beach, cafes & walks

Sparkly clean, recently renovated, spacious, light filled self-contained apartment a block away from stunning Jan Juc beach, cafes/restaurants and some of the most spectacular cliffs and rock formations along the walking tracks. Winki Inn

The Winki Inn, located at the beginning of The Great Ocean Road is a secluded self-contained unit overlooking the famous Bells Beach. Built in the 70s, the newly renovated stone Inn, is the perfect place to enjoy the ships pass by on bass strait. The Winki Inn is walking distance of the Bells Beach surfing reserve and the clifftop costal track. The tranquil property is a five-minute drive from Torquay.
