IF YOUR DOG IS JOINING YOU, please provide advanced notice, a $25/night pet fee for the first 4 nights (max$100), that rabies vaccination records be provided at check in, and that your dog have access to a crate for times that you must leave him/her behind! We are a 10 min walk, across a covered bridge, to downtown Littleton where there are small shops, nice restaurants, and Schillings Beer Company. Just 15 minutes away is Franconia Notch and Cannon Ski Mountain which have hundreds of hiking and ski trails for all levels.

We are within 20 minutes to many beaches, including Lake Winnipesaukee, and provide easy access to head south to the ocean or north to the mountains. You will have your own separate parking/entrance, but are welcome to enjoy our cozy fire pit, stylish treehouse, and backyard access to the network of snowmobile trails.

Newly renovated two bedroom apartment in historic North Woodstock home. Built in 1917 “Grumblenot” has been enjoyed as a basecamp for fun in the White mountains for over a century. Located a half mile from the restaurants and shops in downtown North Woodstock, 4 miles to Loon, 10 miles to Cannon and across the street from one of the most popular swim spots on the Pemi. Plenty of parking, private keypad entry and access to gardens and yard on property, fully stocked kitchen and WiFI!

Sunny studio with king bed, private entrance, garage parking. Small but complete kitchen (under counter refrigerator). Great views of the Wildcat river. WiFi, cable. 1 mile to Jackson cross country trails and close to the village of Jackson. Non smoking. The space is 500 square feet. There is a two night minimum stay. Pet friendly. Starting in 2025, we will allow 1 dog without charge. You will be charged $40/stay for a second dog. Please supply information on breed and size.
