Our lovely guest studio flat is a newly renovated, private entrance ground floor ensuite space, which sleeps 2. Exclusive off street parking included. Fully fitted brand new kitchen, Tea & coffee making facilities, induction hob, full size fridge with freezer space, toaster. The lovely Minnis Bay is about 5 mins walk from here where there is a pub. The train station is 5 mins walk in the other direction. Dreamland is only 2 stops on the train. Please note we don't allow charging of vehicles.

Rose Lodge is a beautiful park home set within the grounds to our home. The property is entered via electric gates, with parking for two cars, private courtyard garden and use of lawn area to front. The property boasts central heating, wifi, TV, two bedrooms, master bedroom benefiting from an en-suite toilet, family shower room, open plan lounge/dining and kitchen with range cooker, dishwasher, microwave and integrated fridge/freezer. To the side is a private courtyard garden and parking.

Our beach apartment is in a beautiful converted Victorian period house, with it's own private balcony, less than 5 mins walk from Minnis Bay Beach. Birchington Station (10 mins walk) provides good links to London and nearby coastal retreats. There is a parade of shops with a convenience store, fish and chips, cafe and micro pub 2 mins away. The Minnis Bay Brasserie is a 5 min walk away along the promenade. There are great routes for walking/running/cycling in all directions.

The kitchen is a reclaimed carpenter's bench equipped with all the essentials. The sauna and cold plunge is £30 per couple, per session.

Located opposite West Bay beach this 1 bed apartment will provide the perfect seaside escape. A sea view from every room guaranteed (apart from the loo!), so close to the sea you can hear the waves. Sleeps 2 guests in this large 1 bed flat. 4 poster king bed, doors leading to your private terrace. Large sitting room leading to a 2nd terrace both face the beach. Located in the picturesque sea side town of Westgate-on-Sea, which is a 10 minute drive to Margate :)
