Relax in a pleasant holiday house "Olive garden" only 50m from the sea! This is an alone standing house in 400 m2 lot and you would be there alone, no other tourists and no owners. It is located on the cape of a small, peaceful bay, Donja Krušica, surrounded by olive trees and sea. This small cozy house is with accompanying facilities such as a terrace, garden, parking area, secured play area for children and pets, barbecue, and all that with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and Split.

Sea Pearl is an authentic Dalmatian home in the heart of Maslinica. With a peaceful environment, but also in a walking distance to a store, restaurant, caffe, Martinis Marchi marine and castle. The house has a kitchen with dining room, a livingroom, small bathroom on the first floor and a big bathroom on the second floor, two bedroons and a spectacular view, especially at morning and evening. Life in the apartment is closely connected to the outdoor terrace, which is quite large and rich in Mediterranean vegetation, which provides special pleasure. Within the accommodation there is a fully fenced yard of 300 m2 where your pets can enjoy free movement. Guests can sunbathe on the sun terrace and relax in the hydromassage pool.

Villa Grammy is 200m away from Paklina Beach and 500m away from the famous Zlatni Rat Beach. You have full privacy because it’s surrounded by nature. The holiday home is fitted with 2 bedrooms, a living room with an extendable couch, a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen. It has one bathroom, as well as one toilet and an outdoor shower. Guests benefit from private parking and free WiFi. You can also use our two hammocks, two sun loungers and two bikes.

You can access the open gallery on the 1st floor via an open wooden staircase from the ground floor. There are 2 more sleeping accommodations on the floor. New- Air-conditioning!!!!

Seaside apartment with a lovely view

Comfy and a bright space with a two balconies with a beautiful view. One balcony is oriented to the city port and other one to the sea and island Brac. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city centre. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.

Kuća je opremljena solarnim panelima i solarnim bojlerom te se ne preporučuje korištenje kućanskih aparata koji su veliki potrošači. Udoban smještaj sa dvije spavaće sobe, dnevnim boravkom, kuhinjom i kupaonicom. U dvorištu se nalazi roštilj, vanjski tuš te sadržaji za djecu. Sa terase se pruža prekrasan pogled na maslinik i more.

The house holds all the facilities of a regular house but it's surrounded by beautiful nature and sea. It's close to Pučišća - a small town with shops, restaurants and coffee bars. It's perfect for a peaceful runaway that can turn into a full day of island cruising anytime you choose to do so.
