Cozy private guest apartment (990 sf) with use of lakeshore and seasonal dock (June-September). Two private bedrooms, full kitchen, dining & washer/dryer. 8.6 miles to town. Only 35 minutes to Schweitzer parking. Walking trails, skiing and golf nearby. Lots of wildlife. This unit is suited to people who enjoy outdoor recreation. StarLink internet access.There is a flight of stairs to access the apartment not suitable for wheelchair access. Please no Smoking, Pets, Parties or unregistered guests!

Birch Tree Studio-A Relaxing Retreat

Clean and bright modern studio...this is a perfect way to escape the busyness of life and experience a refreshing retreat. You won't find a TV here (don't worry...there is WiFi) but when you aren't relaxing by the fireplace, there are great places to explore around the area...Schweitzer Mountain Resort is just a 30-minute drive and you'll find lots of great restaurants downtown...many of them with live music. Our studio is designed for two, but a third guest can be accommodated upon request.

Scenic Mountain Retreat Cabin

Beautiful views of Lake Pend Oreille, Sandpoint, and the area's mountains. 4-miles from downtown Sandpoint. 5-minutes to the Schweitzer shuttle. A perfect couples retreat, nestled in the mountains, does not disappoint. This studio cabin has a queen sized bed, a kitchenette, a granite countertops, farmhouse style sink, vessel sink, tile shower and heated seat and bidet. The freestanding natural gas fireplace will keep you cozy in the cooler months. WiFi, AC and TV are in the unit as well.

Chapel by the Pier

An artist studio conversion replete with stained-glass windows from a local church, Chapel by the Pier, as its name suggests, is down the street from Third Street Pier, a South Sandpoint swimming hole and kayak launch. It's also within walking distance to downtown Sandpoint, making it ideal for strolling (or riding one of the two provided bicycles) to restaurants, bars and boutiques. You won't find another spot as central or with as much character. Plus, furnishings and appliances are new!

The Little Gem

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Walk to Historic downtown Sandpoint and city beach. Enjoy a backyard bonfire in the summer or drive the 9 mile stretch to ski Schweitzer mountain in the winter. This is a cozy space with all the amenities you will need. 5 min walk to restaurants, city beach, boat and kayak rentals. Sandpoint offers coffee houses and amazing shopping . The little Gem will fit 2 adults and a child comfortably. There is a futon for additional sleeping.

South Sandpoint Studio

Clean, well-appointed studio apartment in beautiful South Sandpoint. It’s strictly non-smoking. No guest pets. Located 2 blocks from Memorial field and the Festival at Sandpoint. It's an easy walk/ride to downtown. Third Street Pier is close by to cool off on hot summer days. Mountain biking in Syringa is only a 10 minute ride and other options for mountain biking located close by as well. Schweitzer is about 20-25 minutes door to door. Public bus stop less than one block away.

The original homestead on a beautiful 20 acres, this sweet little blue house was recently remodeled into a comfortable and stylish 2 bedroom home. Enjoy this fabulous central location with your best friend(s). We welcome well-mannered dogs. Only 20 minutes to Silverwood and 10 minutes to Sandpoint. Close to hiking and lots of outdoor recreation. Please note there is a friendly dog that roams the property. His name is Sammy and he likes to announce your arrival!

Lake Guesthouse Suite

Take it easy at this tranquil lakefront cabin, bungalow, tiny house on pristine Spirit Lake… Watch otters play on the beach, or ospreys and bald eagles diving for fish. Patios and views, lakeside bon fires, fishing and boats you can borrow. Across the water from the lakefront restaurant, you can paddle our boats or bring your own boat and park it at our dock. Centrally located to Mt Schweitzer, Lakes Pend Oreille, Coeur D’Alene and the Silverwood theme park.

Sunrise Cabin

Looking for a perfect place to get away from everything. Working remotely and looking for a piece of heaven? We have good wifi. This sweet little cabin faces east, giving you a breathtaking view of the Cabinet Mountains in Montana, 8 miles away. The spectacular Kootenai River is flowing towards you, as you watch the train silently winding it's way alongside it, in the river valley below. Enjoy this view from your deck out front.
