It is directly on the coastal path with secluded beaches on the doorstop and the South Downs National Park a short walk away. We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton which has something to offer for everyone.

PLEASE NOTE there will be scaffolding erected to the exterior of this property from the 28th of April for 12 weeks to focus on external plastering. There will be no disruption to the interior of the building.
