A roomy and comfortable studio in our popular building just 12 minutes walk from East Croydon Station, fast a frequent trains to central London Victoria take just 15 minutes. Ready now for new arrivals after the departure of long term guest. As with all of our studios it features it's own bathroom and kitchen, nothing is shared. Fully equipped kitchen, large flat screen smart TV, power shower and our on site laundry are other features of note.

This is a lovely one bedroomed, self contained garden flat. It is a light and airy space which has a open plan living area and kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed and a comfortable sofabed in the living room. ( please note that although there is a sofa bed, the flat is available to book for 2 guests, or three people if guests have a child) NB Please note that at present I am only taking bookings for a max 5 nights stay, thanks.

Entire flat & balcony in Oval/ Brixton location

My place is close to both Oval & Brixton tube stations (15 minute walk to the KIA Oval cricket ground) and just 12 minutes on tube to the very heart of the capital( Westminster, The South Bank, Covent Garden, St Paul’s, Tower Bridge) Parking is available outside the building, free from Friday 6pm until Monday 8am There is a lift inside (I live on the first floor)
