12x17 guest room in the lower level of our family home with a large egress window w/ blackout curtains. House is shared by 2 adults, 2 kids + small hypoallergenic dog. Queen-sized bed, desk, closet, large mirrors, Wifi/High Speed Internet, wall-mounted TV with Netflix. Home offers full bathroom on lower level with shower, fresh linens/towels, high-performance tankless water heater (infinite hot water!). Access to appliances, furniture, patio, pool & gazebo-enclosed year-round outdoor hot tub.

Cozy Cottage on Green Bay - Just the right size for a getaway. Enjoy all the bay has to offer like incredible sunsets, peace and quiet, sounds and views and even wildlife from time to time. If you want to add some simple fun during your stay, we provide kayaks (2) with life vests, floaties, noodles, bocce ball, bean bag and croquet. Please make good use of the fireplace, porch/deck, propane grill, outside furniture and a firepit too. We hope you can relax and rejuvenate during your time here.

We are blessed to be the fourth generation owners of this property. It is located directly on the water and has a walk down boat ramp (no trucks) for your canoes and kayaks. There are multiple boat launches within a few miles. Ample parking with a 12 ft wide and 40 foot long concrete pad for an RV with electrical hookup.

Our home is located on the beautiful East side of Green Bay. 2025 a walkway with stairs for easy access to lake and sand beach has been added. Walk out in the water at least 50 yards and still be only knee deep.

The building is know as either the" Hahn Drug Store" building or more commonly referred to as the "Lampshade" building for it was home to one of the largest lampshade retail stores in the US prior to the owners retiring in 2020.
