‘The Stables @ Kookaburra House', is a unique and beautifully appointed barn style cottage located in a private setting amongst the tranquil country side of Kangaroo Valley. 5 km from Kangaroo Valley village and 1 km from the golf club. The Stables includes a large open fireplace, well appointed open plan country kitchen, spacious dining and lounge areas, outdoor fire pit, spacious grounds and breathtaking views of the valley from the outdoor furnished deck. This gorgeous Stone cottage has been built from the local stone collected from the surrounding land. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. The bathrooms have floor heating to keep you cosy in winter. Enjoy beautiful views across our secluded little valley from your private balcony or the outside eating area. Close to beaches, Gerringong and Kiama.

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Situated in the heart of historic Berrima, Ardleigh Cottage offers the discerning traveller all of the comforts of home in a tranquil and relaxing garden setting. Quiet yet very close to the many attractions of Berrima, this private abode is the perfect place for your Highlands stay. A historic pub, a cellar door, galleries, speciality shops, cafes, restaurants, historical places of interest and beautiful bush walks are all within walking distance from the cottage.

The Shack at Bimbimbi is well appointed, private, and is situated on 5 acres, 40 meters from the main house separated by gardens. There is a box fire and heating for chilly nights. A great getaway, close to walks in Morton National Park, Bundanoon, Exeter Village and a short drive to Moss Vale and Bowral. The Dairy sits within approximately 9 acres of beautiful ,private gardens on a 29 acre property . The one bedroom cottage is light and bright with a small kitchen, a wood burning fire, reverse cycle airconditioning, ceiling fans and gas heating. Falls Cottage was built by a Jamberoo local in the 1980s and has grown in charm and character with every passing year. We have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds.
