Located 5 mi. from Pine Point Beach in Scarborough near kayaking and Frith Farm with fresh food & pick-your-own flowers. Close to Portland, Portland Head Light, L.L. Bean, or Kittery outlets; 3-hrs to Acadia National Park. Hosts live in an upper Suite in the house with separate entrances. Lower Suite includes (kitchen, 1 bath), salt-water Hot Tub, picnic table, Cabin, & parking next to the house surrounded by beautiful gardens & woods. VACATIONLAND! Dogs allowed but not cats due to allergies.

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. 3 night Min. stay 6/1 to Labor day. Cottage #2 is a classic one-bedroom with soothing beach colors and well-appointed with comfortable furnishings and updated finishes. It is outfitted with vintage and modern decor mixed in. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans and utensils for those times when you may just want to stay in and cook. Private fenced backyard with a gas grill, table and chairs. Just a short 5-minute walk, to the beach. Yes we allow pets.

The house sits 80 ft off the lake. It has over 150 ft of lake shore and own private beach. We supply several kayaks paddle boards canoes and tubes . You will be required to sign a waiver to use them and you Must wear lifejackets .The home is located down a private gravel road .We are only 20 miles from the city of Portland, Old Orchard beach, Lake Sebago. Riverfront cabin between Portland & White Mtns.

Look out onto the always-changing Ossipee River from this cute little log cabin. Use our tandem kayak, or fish and swim from our dock. In the winter months, ride your snowmobile right from the driveway, take a brewery tour in Portland, head to the White Mountains, or just watch the river go by. Cornish, Maine is just 12 minutes away and has plenty of dining and shopping opportunities.

Carriage House on Lily Brook Farm

Large spacious Carriage House studio (the building with the red roof in the cover photo) on 34.5 acre working farm in Southern Maine. 1/2 hour from Portland and Biddeford/Saco, 40 min from Kennebunk. The farm looks out onto fields and woods in the back but sits on Rt 35 which is a not a highway, it's a country road, but people drive on it like it's the interstate.
