The house is build from an ancient cave, behind Santa Maria La Nova main church. Se state immaginando una vacanza senza macchina vi chiediamo di comunicarlo alla prenotazione** Casetta contadina del 1928 in fattoria biologica. Ristrutturata nel 2010, accogliente, immersa in una campagna ridente. Vicinissima a un ruscello dove ci si può rinfrescare e rilassare. A pochi chilometri dal mare e da Noto città. Perfetta per esplorare la zona del Val di Noto.

Siamo in pieno centro storico. Casa indipendente, con spettacolare vista panoramica(circa 90 gradini per arrivare, tipici a Modica), luminosa e arredata con cura. Terrazzino, living con divano, cucina a vista e tavolo da pranzo. Due camere da letto, una con un grande letto(tatami con futon) e vista stupenda, l'altra più piccola (tatami con futon)e una finestra alta. Due bagni con spaziose docce. WIFI free, aria condizionata, lavanderia. Vicina a caffè, ristoranti, mercato, negozi di alimentari.
