CasparCottage. is a charming quiet nicely appointed cottage that we built on our 5 private acres 3 miles from the ocean and 10 minutes from Mendocino or Fort Bragg. Walk to the WATERFALL in the Russian Gulch State Park from the cottage. We are at the eastern edge of the park. We've been sharing our cottage with guests for many years and have many guests that return year after year. It's a perfect place for a honeymoon, anniversary, special occasion or quiet retreat. We provide breakfast goodies!

Quail Gate is a spacious, comfortable solar-powered home situated on Rhizing Ground Farm. It features an exceptional kitchen, 4-6 person hot tub, and sweeping views of the farm's orchard; pasture, and pond. Here you will find beautiful landscaping, children's play swings, walking paths, and more. 11% Mendocino Tax is collected via Airbnb. Kids 2/under = free. We honor the land's history and ancestral stewards by giving 5% of every night stayed to indigenous Mendocino tribes and organizations

Inside the cottage, there is a kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge, a cozy gas fireplace, free wifi and t.v. with Roku, comfy queen bed with new mattress and quality bedding, tile floor, skylights, full bath with claw foot tub, artistic and period details. From the cottage, walk to the beach, or 5 minute drive to Mendocino.

The Cliff House at Otter Point

Poised on the bluff overlooking the Pacific, the Cliff House at Otter Point is unlike any other vacation home on the coast! Consisting of 3- hexagonal structures surrounding an open sky deck, it can accommodate up to 8 adults in separate semi-private sleeping areas. Base rate is for 4-Guests. No one under 12 yrs. *11% Bed Tax is added at the time of booking. *Additional guests are $35 per person, per night, plus tax. *Eight (8) Guests is the maximum allowed. *No events or parties allowed

Well-stocked home is quiet and secluded, but still close enough to quickly be in Fort Bragg or Mendocino.

Walking distance to the beach, sunset views, a restaurant and store--it's a perfectly-situated restful nook on the coast. If you love a clawfoot tub, this place is for you (there is a comically-short shower intended only as a backup).
