Moosu Guest House is a railroad style cabin designed for two people with 12 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom for a superb stargazing experience. The private outdoor spa features a salt water cedar hot tub and barrel sauna. Turkish spa towels and cozy robes are provided to complete the spa experience. As part of your stay you will be welcomed with a package including coffee from Nelson’s two iconic roasters Oso Negro and No6 Coffee Co, and tea from Nelson’s Virtue Tea.

Accommodating up to 6 guests, it has a private queen bedroom, a loft with a king bed, and a hide-a-bed. Enjoy home-cooked meals in the full kitchen or on the bbq. By the Lake is a welcoming, private suite situated in a beautiful, modern waterfront home with a stunning view over the lake and a lovely garden with a hot tub. Five minutes drive from downtown and 15 minutes from Whitewater ski area, provides refreshing hikes and skiing opportunities close by. Close access to shopping and restaurants. John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

The locally sourced charred cedar cabin is truly one of a kind in this area. This one bedroom cabin functions as a home with kitchen. The view is truly incredible. Tucked up on the mountain side: a scenic 10 minute drive from Nelson, 20 mins to White Water ski resort rd. Enjoy golf, fishing all the beauty, adventure and amenities the Kootenay’s have to offer.

We share this beautiful seven acre property with elk, deer, rabbits, a friendly neighbourhood fox, two ravens, and countless wild turkeys who enjoy eating Gabriela’s rye and buckwheat flowers.

The Caravan

Enjoy a memorable and unique experience in the 'Caravan', a tiny home built on the back of a 1967 International Loadstar. Cozy up and read a book in the spacious loft bed or take a bath in the outdoor tub (May - Oct). Have a romantic getaway, or bring your family of 3 and make use of the twin futon. Walk or ride your bike right out the door on our trails and take in one of the classes or events at For-rest Retreat. Salmo is the perfect place to stay and explore the beauty of the Kootenays.
