This two-bedroom home is located in the peaceful area of Cha-am with total area of more than 280 sqm with large garden around the home, great for family looking for short stay or extended stay. The white-sand and quiet beach is just few minutes away. The bicycle are provided to enjoy the ride through local village or you can enjoy jogging to the beach as well! The home consists of large living area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully fitted kitchens, dining, and garden around the home. The master bedroom has Double bed and the second bedroom has single bed. Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, rice cooker, refrigerator, and kettle. Our home can be accommodated up to 6 persons. Fun and enjoy fitness room, tennis court, and super large pool with slider. The facilities are very close to the home. WiFi is available at the lounge which is just a few steps from our home. The place is very close to the city center about 20 min drive to the night market and all the great restaurants can be found around. You can utilize all facilities including a world class swimming pool, club house , gym, tennis court, garden jogging tract etc. The expat owner of this holiday rental and my Thai Property Manager understand your needs and demands as a foreign guest in Cha-am and communication will never be an issue - at any hour. Your comfort and safety are paramount and we will go the extra mile to make your stay a fantastic experience. We can assist with everything from helping you obtain a visa, restaurant tips for the real foodie in you, ideas for jaunts out of the city – whether for a weekend or a month, and much more. The quiet beach is great for long walks, with sunbeds and bike rentals nearby. Restaurants and a 7-Eleven are within walking distance. The garden is shared with us, and a couple who run a small shop at the front of the property. We can stock the kitchen or arrange meals with advance notice.
