You will be able to travel just about anywhere in Morgantown in 20 min. Enjoy the large deck with hot tub. Grill out and play some corn hole. Inside you will find a beautiful kitchen, fireplace, and fully tiled shower. Our shower has two shower heads set at different heights, a bench, and shower hose. Our three bedrooms should be able to accommodate 6-8 guests.

Accommodations include 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, on-site laundry & parking, TV, Wi-Fi, & a sleeper sofa in the living room. All bed & bath linens provided. There are many walking trails close by which include the Botanic Gardens and Coopers Rock State Park. It is a perfect location to be away from all the downtown hustle and bustle but still be a short drive from the football stadium for gamedays!
