The property boasts a double bedroom upstairs and downstairs includes a living room with double sofa bed, tv, wifi, tea, coffee and toast making facilities and a mini fridge. A downstairs shower room includes a toilet, wash basin and shower cubicle.

The accommodation comprises: Large kitchen sitting room, with WIFI and Connected TV. Our recently converted barn is in the yard of a Grade II listed village farmhouse. Minutes from J10 of the M40, we are conveniently located for RH England, Bicester Village, Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace, Silverstone and Oxford. The barn has a big open space with wood burning stove, large TV and open plan kitchen. The main bedroom, shower room and separate WC are in the old stables. The open plan mezzanine has two single beds (to be booked separately) and free-standing bath.

The village has a shop and tea room. The pub is sadly closed. We are around 3 miles from Brackley a local market town which offers, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, takeaways etc. We are approx. 2 miles from Aynho Park and the Great Barn at Aynho - fantastic Wedding venues. We are 15 mins from Silverstone.
