Only 10 mins from Colac and 20 mins to Forrest, everything the Otways have to offer is on your doorstep. For cyclists, the Old Beechy Rail trail runs right past and you'll find many beautiful waterfalls nearby.

The local Koala community is on your doorstep and hand feeding the King parrots is a perfect way to start your day. The beach is a gentle 5 minute stroll away, sunrise is breathtaking from here, or lie in and let the rolling hills greet you in the morning.

Billie is a cute cottage in a great location to explore the stunning Otway’s. This 100-year-old home has been lovingly restored and beautifully furnished with modern touches like an indoor fireplace for the chilly winter nights and an outdoor fire pit for lively summer evenings. Croft is a 5 minute drive to Brae restaurant and a 7 minute walk to the main street with boutiques, the Birregurra Grocer and the Royal Mail Hotel. The area is known for its award-winning food and wine as well as pristine rainforests and beaches just down the road. Croft house is within easy access to the Great Ocean Road.

Other attractions include bush walking, local wineries, bird watching and mountain bike rides. Although the main house is nearby, your privacy is assured.
