A house that "flies" over the sea. Salinetas beach, Gran Canaria. Architecture and nature come together in this amazing house literally hanging over the sea, in a privileged location on the east coast of Gran Canaria. The building "flies" over the rocks visually plunging into the sea and giving you the feeling of sailing on a boat on the clear waters of the Atlantic. Sleeping rocked by the sound of the waves, or watch, without leaving the bed, the sun reflected in the sea at dawn; dine on the terrace by moonlight feeling the caress of the breeze ... are unforgettable experiences that this house guarantees. The house is very bright and faces the sea. The terrace of the living room has a dining table with room for six people, and the master bedroom terrace has a hammock for sunbathing, relax and enjoy the view or just reading a good book. And how far is the beach? Well, just beside the house! Just open the door and you can go down to the beach or to the rocky surfaces located under the house, with magnificent natural platforms for sunbathing and spectacular “charcones” studded with small marine life. Salinetas is a quiet beach where you can relax, rest, practice water sports, cycling, hiking, all in a very unique and familiar. To the north, a pedestrian maritime promenade connects with the beaches of Melenara , Taliarte , “Playa del Hombre” and “La Garita”. The Promenade features restaurants and terraces where you can taste the cuisine of the area, including the highly recommended "gofio escaldado" or the "papas con mojo”. “Playa del Hombre” is one of the most suitable beaches on the island for surfing. To the south you'll find small coves like “Silva” or “Aguadulce”, or the incredible fishing village of “Tufia”, with its cave houses and its archaeological site, remains of pre-hispanic inhabitants of the island. A little further south, the seaside village of “Ojos de Garza”, the vast bay of “Gando”, and the beaches of “El Cabrón” and “Arinaga”, whose seabed is considered the best in Spain for diving. "Las Clavellinas", the town where the house is integrated has little shops and supermarkets. By car or taking the bus, at a short distance from the house, you can be reached within 5 minutes to the largest shopping and leisure areas of the island, the golf course of “El Cortijo” and the airport itself. The access time to Telde´s historic core is about 10 minutes, 15 to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, capital of the island, and about 30 to Maspalomas. The Cardón apartment is our largest apartment with a size of 77 square meters. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the bathroom. There is also a living-dining room with an integrated, well-equipped kitchen and a terrace with direct access to the courtyard of the mansion. Families with children, friends or two couples will appreciate the advantages and amenities of this apartment. From the mansion's beautiful courtyard you look out into the distance with views of the sea and mountains. Integrated into the courtyard is a large salt water pool, equipped with high-quality sun loungers. The apartment has been completely renovated and newly furnished! Casa acogedora con Terraza a 5 mint del aeropuerto

Casa Mamasica. Es una casa acogedora y bonita.. tiene todos los servicios. Una terraza espectacular con vista a un parque ajardinado. Pero sobre todo Casa Mamasica se destaca por la tranquilidad. Esta ha tan solo 8 min del aeropuerto y a 30min de los sitios Emblemáticos de la isla. Dirección norte nos encontramos con las kilométrica playa de Las Canteras y dirección sur Las impresionantes Dunas de Maspalomas. Y como no a tan solo 5 min de los restaurantes en cuevas en el Barranco de Guayadeque.

La casa de Eni

La casa, es una vivienda típica canaria con más de 200 años de antigüedad, que ha sido restaurada en estos últimos años y decorada con mucho cariño, dándole un aspecto juvenil y moderno. Mantiene la estructura original de la época, cuando las casas tenían habitaciones que daban a un patio. Con el objetivo de mantener su valor histórico,en cada una de ellas hemos habilitado el baño, el dormitorio y salón cocina. Todo ello rodeado de un patio al aire libre, con hamaca y zona de descanso.

Chalet Ecowine

Este chalet único tiene un increíble espacio exterior que cuenta con piscina, zona de barbacoa y grandes espacios ajardinados y de exuberante arboleda por la que pasear y disfrutar de las excelentes vistas. Cuenta también con zona de comedor exterior. En el interior encontraras un cálido y acogedor espacio donde podrás disfrutar de la chimenea. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y dan todas al jardín. La cocina es amplia y esta completamente equipada. La casa cuenta con tres baños y dos aseos

Casa Amma, en Villa de Agüimes.

Casa canaria del S.XVII, recién restaurada, en el casco histórico de la Villa de Agüimes. Zona muy tranquila ,encantadora y tradicional. Rodeada de todos los servicios, talleres de artesanía y zonas para disfrutar de este maravilloso pueblo. 100 m/2: Dormitorio doble Salón-comedor con sofá cama Cocina Baño Patio semi cubierto con hamacas, ducha y zona de relax. Todo en una sola planta, sin escaleras. El coche llega hasta la puerta de la casa. Cerca de playa, aeropuerto y centro comercial.

El alpendre entre palmeras

Antiguo alpendre recientemente transformado para su uso residencial en Santa Lucía de Tirajana. El alpendre era la casa de los animales. Los más apreciados y difíciles de sostener eran las vacas . Solía haber dos por propiedad. La parte de la vacas es ahora el salón comedor y cocina. Las cabras y la burra se alojaban en las otras dependencias que hoy día son los dormitorios, y el baño actual era el lugar donde se depositaba la hierba del resto del día, ya que se solía coger por la mañana .

In fact, inside you can admire an ancient canary roof, with ancient exposed beams and stone walls. The house is located within a pedestrian street, away from the confusion and noise, ideal for those looking for privacy and tranquility, but always a door walk from everything. The rooms are large and bright, the house is stocked with everything you need for your holiday.

La Señorita

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Tiene capacidad para seis personas como máximo. La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)

Nos gusta poder ver a las gaviotas y albatros en plena naturaleza y observar el paisaje cada día diferente En la zona hay varios restaurantes. Los días de olas se puede ver a los surfistas practicando. Está muy cerca de la avenida que conecta varias playas de Telde.
