The Stable Yard, Tranquil stay in beautiful Down

Unique shed conversion with views to the Mourne mountains. A tranquil location situated on our 10 acre equestrian yard but close to Downpatrick and Crossgar with shops, eateries and pubs. A quirky property with two double bedrooms, open plan living/dining with a wood burning stove and fully equipped kitchen. The equine theme is evident in the design. There's a private south facing garden with access to all of our site with panoramic views over Co Down. Off road parking. Horses and dogs welcome.

200 year old cottage nestled in a white-washed courtyard, lovingly restored and brought to life. All the modern comforts integrated between stone walls and rustic beams in a beautiful rural setting. Located half a mile from Tollymore Forest and by car we are 5 mins from Mourne Mountains, 5 mins from Newcastle and 5 mins from Castlewellan. The cottage is in the midst of our working horse farm, horses, chickens, dogs and donkeys are all part of the family. Dogs and horses are welcome guests.

Myrtle's Place is a traditional, well equipped two bedroom annex with ample parking in a rural setting. 5 miles north of Banbridge; 30 mins south of Belfast and 5 minutes off the A1, it offers a central country base for catching up with family, exploring Co. Down and Belfast. A good stopping point travelling from Dublin to Belfast, the Giant's Causeway or North Coast. Converted stone barn adjacent to farmhouse in lovely countryside close to Strangford Lough, yet only 30 minutes drive from Belfast. Self-catering, open plan accommodation. On the ground floor, a sitting/dining area and kitchen. On the upper floor a sleeping area with double bed , and shower room. There is also a sofa bed on the ground floor. Our 13 acre smallholding is a wildlife friendly oasis and guests are welcome to relax in the large garden or walk around the woodland and meadows.

Drummond Tower / Castle

Victoria Drummond Tower was built as a Folly Tower in the victorian period in 1858 by William Drummond Delap as part of Monasterboice House & Demesne. The tower is regarded as a folly tower built in remembrance of his late mother. Recently restored into a small habitable dwelling and is now available for rental for selected months of the year. A very unique and enjoyable place to stay with a vast range of local & historical amenities at your disposal.

Superb self contained apartment countryside/town

Northern Ireland tourist board certified. Beautifully fully furnished self contained apartment with bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen. Double bed in bedroom with beautiful views over the countryside from both the lounge and bedroom. All facilities that you would need if working nearly or for a country break. Wifi available in apartment. Public transport is good into centre of Belfast, Holywood and Bangor but a car is more convenient.
