This is the perfect basecamp for enjoying the many recreational activities in the area: fishing, golf, horseback riding, hiking, kayaking and more. Forget your worries at this serene place. Located within walking distance to the Jackson River and adjoining (at the middle )the Jackson River scenic trail. Enjoy the peace and quiet with many outdoor amenities close by including fly fishing, kayaking, bicycle and walking trail, and golfing to name a few. We are approximately 6 miles to Lake Moomaw and located between the Greenbrier and Homestead Resorts. Drive 20 minutes to Thomas Jefferson Pools and relax in naturally,heated mineral waters.

Set in the beautiful Alleghany Mountain Range, the Cabin On The Creek is a custom-built luxury cabin with amazing views and access to Potts Creek on a private wooded property. Multiple outdoor areas to enjoy the sights and sounds of the creek include the back porch, observation deck with Adirondack chairs, and walking path that leads to a stunning view of the Potts Creek “Sinks.” Enjoy the tranquil natural environment as you make use of the outdoor grill, picnic area, fire pit, and hot tub.

Come & enjoy a nice relaxing getaway in this spacious 3 bedroom home in down town Covington, Va. Sue's house has lots to offer; from the large private fenced in yard & spacious back deck, to all the household amenities. This house has recently been remodeled to accommodate 8 guests. The area in which the house is located is ideal for hiking, biking, kayaking, tubing, and fishing. It's also near the historic town of Clifton Forge. There is a paper mill in Covington that puts off a smell.
