Our cottage is a complete house with everything accessible to you as our guests. Red Bird Cottage offers all the amenities of home and more and is secured with a keyless entry system to make it simple for your arrival.

Easy off I-40, exit 290. Minutes to restaurants, shopping, wineries, breweries, waterfalls, and hiking, the Cottage has comforts of home in a beautiful park-like setting above Algood/Cookeville. Dog friendly with private trails on the property. The Cottage is perfect for remote work (high speed WI-FI/VPN/ethernet) and is a great value with features like a new king bed in a cozy bedroom with blackout - perfect for sleeping in- plus a full kitchen, fresh coffee, and adventures galore nearby.

Hemlock Cottage - An enchanting place to stay!

Hemlock is a quaint cottage nestled in a forest of Hemlock trees! The porch is a tranquil spot where you look out over the the woodlands beyond. While you relax on the porch keep a lookout for wildlife which include whitetail deer, turkey and foxes. At night, turn on the bistro lights that hang in the trees and enjoy a relaxing evening in the woods by a fire. Watermore cottage is located next door if you are looking for more room, you can rent both cottages. Pet fee of $30 max 2 dogs.

Just 12 miles to Cummins Falls State Park & 25 minutes to Cookeville. If you’re a history buff, make sure to visit the incredible Jackson County Archives & Veterans Hall at 104 Short St.
