L'Art House au bâtiment Ellison a été construite en 1878. Ce logement a été rénové en 2004 et 2022. Il est accessible à pied de la plage du lac Freeman et d'une descente de bateau pour la rivière Merrimack. Il est situé entre Lowell et Nashua NH. À 40 minutes en voiture de Boston ou Manchester. Ce condo de 2 chambres a été rénové par l'artiste/architecte Daniel Forcier. Toutes les œuvres d'art accrochées sont à vendre et Daniel a son studio d'art sur place où des cours sont disponibles pour une expérience artistique complète.
