Maybe wine is more to your liking...it's a matter of which winery do I choose first. Enjoy hiking...then nearby Michaux State Forest is the perfect place to go or the Cumberland Rails to Trails. (all within 3 miles) We are central to Gettysburg and Hershey (30 miles), Harrisburg,Carlisle, Boiling Springs, Allen Berry Play house, the Appalachian Trail, and LeTort Spring Run! (all within15 miles)

Hill View Home

This is a spacious downstairs apartment in a beautiful newer house in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment has private entrance and a yard. There are two bedrooms. If your party has more than two people, or if you need two separate beds, there is an additional $20 charge for the second bedroom per night. The house is located close to I-81 and highway 322 less than 10 minutes drive from the state capitol and the beautiful Susquehanna river and 25 minutes from Harrisburg International Airport.

In 2000 Walt and Diana Brown purchased this property and began restoration and remodeling. The woodwork and other accommodations throughout have all been carefully selected to provide the atmosphere of an European Chalet. The Carriage House is within walking distance to downtown Carlisle and its many historic attractions.

There is no tv at this place , our goal is to have our guests enjoy nature and in this way be refreshed and ready to go back to work.
