Historic Telephone Company Loft Downtown Mitchell

Just a half block off of Main Street in DT Mitchell, this spacious loft has 3,500 SF to enjoy your time with family and friends. Plenty of open space with nearly 20' ceilings at the top of the original Dakota Central Telephone Company's Operator switching room. Facing north, the windows provide light throughout the space and was converted to a residence by a former owner with a unique loft living style including gourmet kitchen and fireplace. This is definitely a one of a kind, luxurious space!

My little green Granny house - near Corn Palace

This cozy house has so much to offer with sleeping for 4 to 8 and could accommodate more with the pack-and-play. King bed sleeps two, full size bed, and two full size sleeper sofas each sleep one or two people. Extra blankets and pillows in rooms. Close to shopping, banks, eating establishments and the community theater. Parking off street or behind the house with both front and back door entrance. Grill, fire pit and swing set out back. No smoking. No parties. Great place to relax and enjoy.

Welcome, everyone! Our home, built in 1925, is located in the heart of the historical area of downtown Mitchell. It is situated next to the World’s Only Corn Palace and includes off-street parking for two vehicles. We love attending events at the Corn Palace because we don't have to worry about finding a parking spot; we can simply walk! Enjoy a view of dry run creek reflecting the nearby railway. This home is a duplex that is completely separated from the second unit.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The space would also be great for 2 couples. Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, 2 large bedrooms and washer/dryer. The space is close to shopping, dining and entertainment. Ride or run around Lake Mitchell. Note: the house is close to the Interstate, so there will be a hum of vehicles, however it's not near the entrance/exit to hear acceleration and deceleration. It's more of a hum of passing vehicles.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. 7 minutes off the I90 and walking distance to Mitchell’s Downtown including the Brick Coffee Shop and Corn Palace that’s a must when you visit Mitchell! This is a house remodel. It’s been fun to be creative and making the space homey and livable! The second bed is an air mattress that can be placed in the sun room or living room!
