Cette petite maison a l'une des histoires les plus intéressantes de Dell City. La maison a été entièrement restaurée pour honorer la famille qui y vivait et cultivait dans la vallée de Dell. Le style est le vieux pueblo mexicain. Cuisine, salon avec télévision et beaucoup de DVD, une chambre spacieuse et une grande salle de bain/vasque/placard.
