An Ozark Oasis in the middle of a working cattle ranch, this custom designed home offers deluxe comfort. With multiple decks, porches and views out every window, this home is the perfect getaway for romantic retreats, family and friends to relax and make memories, artists and writers to host workshops or retreats, or even the single person to just get away from it all. Bring the family to The Retreat with lots of room for fun. Located on a quiet country road, surrounded by woods and fields. I am sure you will find this spacious farm house built in 2019, to be the perfect retreat. We are about 10 miles south of rolla. Fugitive Beach is only a 20 minutes drive away. Kabekona Hills Retreat Center is practically next door. Lane Springs is another popular destination. The large living room and kitchen, makes this a perfect location to bring the whole family.

Escape to a secluded and cozy 200 sq.ft. tiny house perched on the banks of the Little Piney. This thoughtfully designed space sleeps up to 6, featuring a queen bed in the loft, bunk beds, and a pull-out couch. Enjoy the river from the large deck, or stroll down to your own easily accessible private white sand beach or gravel bar, perfect for relaxing or fishing in the crystal-clear, spring-fed waters. If you need more space, a 50 amp RV hookup and camping hammocks are available to rent.
