This home is newly remodeled and will sleep 6-8 comfortably. There is a gas fire pit on the back porch and a game room in the garage area. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe and so close to everything!! There will be a stocked coffee bar waiting for you and a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room!

A rural stay just 4 miles from the increasingly popular town of St. James. On the farm, you’ll enjoy gorgeous sunsets by the firepit, view the cattle grazing just feet away, and get cozy inside the newly furnished Cottage. Well known for its award winning wineries and dining, STJ also offers various specialty shops and lets not forget the gorgeous Meramec Springs and surrounding rivers. It is conveniently located right off I-44 interstate highway. It is child and pet friendly and has a fenced outdoor area so great for a family or a quiet place for a single traveler. I am sure you will find this spacious farm house built in 2019, to be the perfect retreat. We are about 10 miles south of rolla. Fugitive Beach is only a 20 minutes drive away. Kabekona Hills Retreat Center is practically next door. Lane Springs is another popular destination. The large living room and kitchen, makes this a perfect location to bring the whole family.
