Comfortable and newly refurbished holiday let with excellent facilities, set in the Surrey Hills and near to Leith Hill. Perfect base for hiking. biking, riding or just to get away. Open plan area with kitchen, table and chairs, small settee ladder to mezzanine level with sofa (sofa bed) and chair. Good size bedroom with queen size bed, some drawers and hanging space. Modern bathroom with shower. Ample parking. Good local pub within walking distance and several others a short drive away.

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

The accommodation is a self-contained barn/ stable conversion which you have all to yourselves, accessed from the active stable yard. A lounge, small kitchen, downstairs bedroom upstairs and open plan bedroom leading to the bathroom. Bathroom only accessed via upstairs bedroom.
