This little gem is the perfect stay for singles and couples. The accommodation is a 4 minutes drive to Sutton station or a 10 minute bus journey. We have many buses stationed near the studio travelling to Morden, Wimbledon, Tooting and other various locations across South west London. Great restaurants, shops and amenities are available on Sutton High street with only a 5 minute walk. The studio is also located 35 minutes from Victoria station and London Bridge, Central London. Beautiful and spacious two bed maisonette in Lee, South-East London. WiFi and free on-street parking. A great base for exploring Central London, as well as neighbouring towns of Blackheath and Greenwich (the Royal Park is so beautiful in autumn!). It is less than a 5min walk to Lee train station (zone 3); it's then a short train ride to Central London (13mins to London Bridge or 26mins to Charing Cross). The Lord Northbrook (at the end of the road) is a great spot for a drink or bite to eat.

Come and recharge in beautiful green Clapton where you can walk to shops and restaurants. My garden apartment full of art and fully equipped kitchen is perfect for a couple to relax cook and read. The bedroom is completely mirrored and has a XXL mattress. The dining space opens to the private back garden with space to eat. The bathroom has a deep Japanese cube shaped bath that fits two people. There’s a projector and screen for films. The bathroom dining room and kitchen have heated floors

Spacious, self contained accommodation in a peaceful location. This annexe offers lots of space, a fully equipped kitchen, a desk to work at and large wardrobes for storage. Parking for 1 vehicle, 2nd space available if requested prior to stay. It’s a 5 min drive from the Brentwood Centre & approx. 10 min drive to the High Street. There are local supermarkets, takeaways & restaurants within a 15 min walk away. There are some lovely walks on the door step
