Access is gained through either the automated vehicle gate or the pedestrian gate alongside which is connected via intercom to the apartment. Dedicated parking bay is No. 9. I will meet with guests upon arrival and departure and can be contacted via mobile phone during their stay. The apartment is in a newly completed complex in the quiet residential suburb of Walmer. Walk to multiple restaurants and a large shopping centre. There's easy access to a main road and the airport is only 2 kilometers away. Restaurants, launderette and large shopping centre within easy walking distance. Uber and taxis readily available for further distances. The apartment is fully furnished.
