This is a spacious lower level of a newly built home. This private guest area has a lounge, dinning, and kitchenette in addition to a bedroom and a bathroom. Guests share only the main entrance of the townhouse with owners who live upstairs. This private decorated space includes a smart TV, comfortable seating, dining for 4, microwave, coffee maker, full refrigerator, toaster/air fryer, queen bed, wardrobe & dresser. Sweet Bay Overlook

Take it easy at this unique home overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. You will enjoy watching the amazing sunsets on the bluff as the eagles, ospreys and boats drift by. Our little house was built in the 1960’s by a brick mason who was very good at his trade. In recent years, the home had fallen into disrepair, but a talented Amish craftsman purchased the house and renovated it from top to bottom. The Sweet Bay that you see today reflects his incredible attention to detail and quality.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Close to downtown Bel Air as well as 95! Fully appointed space that is dog friendly w a fenced yard! Stocked kitchenette, private bedroom and designated work space w wifi. Wifi & wifi speaker, smoke detectors, Co2 detectors, electric fireplace. Although the kitchenette doesn’t have a sink/water there is a Deer Park water cooler with hot & cold water, and supplies under bathroom sink to use for dish washing.

Newly renovated 3 bedroom house and centrally located with many places to enjoy around the city. The house is cozy and gives guests a nice place to relax. The garage has several games including arcade basketball, foosball, corn hole, and spike ball. Located 10 minutes from Cedar Lane Sports Complex, 17 minutes from Ripken Stadium, 25 minutes from Great Wolf Lodge, 30 minutes from Baltimore, and 37 minutes from BWI. Views from the backyard of the bay that leads out to Chesapeake. Many local hiking trails and beautiful state parks. Grocery stores near by and within 15 mins you have a variety of stores in all directions. Bring the whole family or just a guys trip to fish or possibly a girls weekend to get some rest.
