Only a short 5-minute walk to the beach on a rarely-used sandy drive. 5-minute drive to St. Helena sound for calmer waters and great beach combing. The short sandy beach path is right out the front door. The home has ocean views and peaks of the river to the rear. View both sunrises and sunsets on this end of island. 9 blocks from the vibrant , eclectic center of town is where you'll find locally owned cafes, restaurants, stores, bars and the pier.

Two upstairs bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a private bath and a TV in each bedroom. Open space living and dining area join a fully stocked kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Enjoy the lulling sounds of the ocean while deer watching on both the front and back decks.

Lots of privacy, peace and quiet, yet only 5 minutes from restaurants and stores. 15 minutes from Downtown Summerville, 40 minutes from Charleston and various coastal attractions. The villa is separate from main house and has no shared space other than the driveway. NO smoking, No pets. Laundry service available for long stays.

The Blue Bungalow- Central Park Circle

This 2 bedroom home in the heart of Park Circle has just undergone a full renovation. It is conveniently located. 10-15 min drive to downtown Charleston. It is a short walk to all the Park Circle restaurants, breweries, parks, bars, and more. Holy City Brewery, Firefly Distillery, and Riverfront park are right by the house. To enjoy the beach head about 25-35 min to Sullivans Island, Isle of Palms or Folly Beach. Please note there is a train track behind backyard fence.
