The rental is a private home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on a shared property that shares common area with hammocks, the driveway & stairs to the beach. You have a private BBQ , outdoor shower to rinse the sand and AC in both bedrooms. The living quarters and kitchen have ceiling fans to keep circulation . Our guests enjoy the relaxation after their volcano adventures before continuing their Nicaraguan itinerary. Many guests extend their stay and hunker down to read a book or catch up on some work. A workspace and WIFI are available for the remote worker.

Casa Abierta is safe & secluded - just 20 min. from Managua but feels far from the heat and noise. Deck has gorgeous views & house is open plan w/ loft, kitchen, living/bedroom. Lots of screens for airflow, so it's very cool. Accessible to Managua in charming rural village next to forest walks on trails with views & wood-fired hot tub. *Note: Our place is extra peaceful because we *do not* have WiFi!
