This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. A half way wrap around porch makes for the perfect spot to relax with a drink and enjoy the quite privacy of the property.
