Our private bungalow, centrally located between downtown Savannah and Tybee Island beach is the perfect spot to host your bachelorette weekend or family vacation. A peaceful master suite featuring a tiled shower and king bed is the perfect spot to relax. The velvet room with queen bed, vanity and midcentury decor has a gold bar cart for mixing late night cocktails. Four twin bunks line the third bedroom which leads out to the private fenced in yard with a brand new pool and patio. OTC-023474

Boho Glamping paradise on the marsh minutes away from the Historic District and Thunderbolt fishing village at an Old Dairy. Art studios, horses, gardens, and 5 miles of walking trails await under magical oaks and cinematic backdrops. More wildlife sanctuary than neighborhood, with all the conveniences of a condo. Lounge on hammocks and swings, have morning coffee with a corral full of horses, get lost on the marsh bird watching, practice yoga, have a fire, and take a romantic couples shower.

Savvy Black Private King Suite with Den

1 king bed, 1 bath private guest suite. Separate living area with kitchenette. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Private entrance and HVAC controls. You have to walk up a spiral staircase to get to the balcony entrance. This is a large property and there are multiple guest units. There is another unit adjacent to this one and you may hear noises from nextdoor. If you are very sensitive to noise I would not suggest booking this. 15 minute drive downtown. OTC 022724

Island Retreat: Quiet and convenient.

This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. The room has a small private bath with shower with rain head, a full closet, coffee maker and fridge, vanity table. Mark, co-host, is a retired local guide who can provide information if needed. Come stay in our cute little loft in the streetcar district of Savannah! We are just off Bull Street and close to one of SCAD's many beautiful buildings which are dotted throughout Savannah. This is a beautiful bustling area with a variety of bars, restaurants and coffee shops in the surrounding streets! On top of that, Forsyth Park is less than 10 minutes walk! No children under 12 or pets allowed in our property.
