Please keep in mind that this apartment has this very beautiful view, as it is located on one of the highest points of the city :)This sometimes makes it very hot during the day. We do provide AC, + since it is restored it has high end windows but still if you are sensitive to heat please consider your choice again :)

This is our 70sqm newly renovated and refurbished apartment. Our bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the living room has an open plan kitchen and dining space with a sofa bed that sleeps two. The historic, Art Deco and Bauhaus related building, with it’s elegant marble foyer and spacious apartments is located next to Kolonaki and Exarchia. It was build in 1937 by the shipping magnate family Livanos for their own use. It’s close to every public transport (buses, metro, train), easy access to the city’s main attractions.
