It is fully equiped with new appliances and a new kitchen, unlimited wifi, a smart TV(32in), airconditioning, and a very spacious double bed and a comfortable sofa bed. Everything you could ever need for your perfect holiday. The apartment is located in the neighbourhood of Exarcheia, which is known for its nightlife with many bars and pubs everywhere and its bohemic and artistic atmosphere. The "little house" is very close to the historical and touristic center of Athens, only a 15 min walk ( with a lot of sights in between) to Monastiraki square, the real center of touristic attraction. But , if you're not keen about walking, the closest metro station (Panepistimio) is only seven minutes from the house and can connect you to everywhere you could possibly want to go. Near Panepistimio are the stops Syntagma (1 stop), Akropoli (2 stops) and Monastiraki (2 stops, 1 change of lines). With a charge of 20 euros( the equivalent of the subway fair for 2 people),and after arrangement, I am availiable to pick you up from the airport upon your arrival and drive you to the apartment if you wish. Guests have access to the entire studio. After communication I will meet you to escort you to the apartment and give you the necessary information you need regarding transportation, the best tourist locations and to answer any of your questions. From then on, I will be availiable via phone, viber or w-app to help you with anything you need. The apartment is in the neighborhood of Exarcheia, known for its nightlife and bohemian atmosphere. It's close to the historical and touristic center of Athens, and is a 15-minute walk to Monastiraki Square.

Cozy and modern penthouse in the heart of Athens, at the highest point of the center. This apartment is located at the top of a 7th floor building in Exarchia, with a magnificent view of Athens, the sun, but mostly the view of acropolis. National Archaeological Museum is located 2 min. away. In a small distance of 2.6km you will find acropolis and its museum. Ιt's located by foot, 10 min. from Omonoia metro,2 min. from trolley and bus and 10 min. from KTEL bus that goes to beaches & Sounio.

Please keep in mind that this apartment has this very beautiful view, as it is located on one of the highest points of the city :)This sometimes makes it very hot during the day. We do provide AC, + since it is restored it has high end windows but still if you are sensitive to heat please consider your choice again :)

Lycabettus View, apartment in the heart of Athens

The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a modern classic building right at the foot hills of the most spectacular mountain of Athens, Lycabettus. It is recently (2019) fully refurbised, fullfiling all requirements for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The apartment has two balcony views. The first one has the view of mountain Lycabettus and the second one of Athens. Acropolis, Plaka, Syntagma, Monastiraki, Thiseio and Kolonaki square are in walking distance and very easily accesible!!!

This is our 70sqm newly renovated and refurbished apartment. Our bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the living room has an open plan kitchen and dining space with a sofa bed that sleeps two. The historic, Art Deco and Bauhaus related building, with it’s elegant marble foyer and spacious apartments is located next to Kolonaki and Exarchia. It was build in 1937 by the shipping magnate family Livanos for their own use. The Penthouse Suite, the bar and the large Roof Garden with panoramic views of the Acropolis and Mount Lykabettos were constructed for celebrations, parties and to accommodate their guests. The Acropolis line Metro station Panepistimio is only a five minutes walk.

Hello! My place is a small, renovated studio with air-conditioning and a splendid view in a very quiet street with beautiful trees in the center of Athens. It’s close to every public transport (buses, metro, train), easy access to the city’s main attractions. Next to local bars, restaurants, grill-houses and traditional taverns and an open-air market every Saturday. You can find a supermarket in 100m walk and a bakery with the most delicious bread of the area under our building.
