We will do all the step to make the perfect culurgionis: from pasta making to cooking the meal:
- pasta making (each person have his own bunch of flour) and will be able to make his own pasta dough, having the possibilities to handle the difference between each pasta.
- stuffing preparation and tasting (peel potato, mix ingredients, taste)
All ingredients will be place on the table and everybody will mix and taste and compare to the each others. A competition the will be a fun way to know the real flavor
- closing culurgiones
Once you learn closing colurgionis you will never forget..but to learn it's up to you, your patience, your concentration and you abilities.
- drink wine (drinking and cooking always come togheter) and we always ahave to taste a good Sardinian white and a good Sardinian red
- lunch/dinner together (with starters & wines)
Once we are set up the table and put starters, we are ready to enjoy our work and have a typical Italian/Sardinian meal
- pasta to take away (if you like and if you don't eat all)
