I am a chef with 30+ years of cooking experience and have been in the food truck business for about 6 years, that and my love of music makes this a wonderful experience for me and my guests, I am also the paddling chef!!

Au programme

This is for someone who has always wanted to see what a food truck is like , we start with a half hour training, we cook dinner for up to 80 people, sit back and enjoy our dinner and wonderful concert !!
