I will surely bring some wild plant-based snacks to eat along the way. If you wish to have a tasting menu after the course, you can book it directly at the restaurant where the professional kitchen is.
Fournitures créatives
Basket, cotton and paper bags, foraging knives; block-notes and pen; items to collect plants and create a herbarium. In case you choose to cook after the foraging course, I will also supply glass jars and boxes and everything you need to transport them (some restrictive laws may apply).

Le lieu

We will choose the habitat you wish to know better and forage there. Most of basic training happens in the countryside, so open fields, but we are just near the mountains, so you will also learn to identify some species growing in the forest or in a habitat near lakes and rivers. If you choose a training which implies cooking, we will use a professional kitchen in a restaurant in the area.
