Au programme
To start our journey we will drive from Boquete downtown to a very nice coffee farm to learn hands on all the fundamentals from the producer´s point of view, walkthrough the plantation and see how specialty coffee is prepared or processed for export. Then we will go back to my studio to do a professional cupping session where you will learn the basics on the evaluation steps and how to identify the differences between varieties, processes and more!!!

I´ve been a tour guide for more than eight wonderful years and recently had the opportunity of being part of the team in the Farm with the World´s highest recorded scores for quality (2018 & 2019) and most expensive coffee in an online auction (1029 US$ / Lb) where I learned in detail about quality control, processing, logistics and more!!! Then followed my dream of sharing with visitors from all over the world from an unbiased point of view what specialty coffee is all about, and now I co-founded the very first Independent coffee studio in Boquete and I am ready to take your coffee experience to the next level of awesomeness!!!

We will visit Finca Bonita Springs in the Palo Alto loop or Damarli Estate in Volcancito, see the real deal, meet the workers and then go to the very heart of Boquete, next to the beautiful main square to experience unique fragrances, aromas and flavors.
